I am getting the biggest kick out of this year's April Fool's Day prank from Google. Topeka nor the state of Kansas would have the type of budget to advertise the state capitol like this.

According to CNET, Microsoft has published a white paper on a new product it calls BrowseRank. Essentially BrowseRank is meant to offer a beefed up analysis of a page's popularity by accounting for how long a user stays on the page as well as other behavioral data points.
