Kimberly,
Hello. I laughed when I read your posting. I think it is great that you wrote about your experience. Companies should certainly be more considerate of people because word gets around.

And by the way, I wonder if Gragg’s owner realizes that you are ranked number 3 in Google for “Gragg Advertising.” That sounds like you know what in the heck you are doing to me.

It is obvious there were other reasons at play here.

@Kimberly

Remember if you truly believe you are the best SEO person in the world. It is always *their* loss, never yours.

Another piece of advise, have ready a list of websites and clients you have worked for. Prove you know your stuff by getting them to type various phrases into Google, and pointing out your client's website right there - on page 1.

This way you are not giving away any of your "secrets".

Kimberly:

Contrary to your belief, you are not the best SEO person in the world. You have skills but they were not right for our organization.

I understand all individuals feel they possess the skills necessary for the job they interview for and in actuality there are a variety of variables to consider when hiring. We were not interested in your secrets, just the ability to show us you had working knowledge of SEO. But by not explaining any thing in your process, we could not identify that you were right for the job.

We wish you the best of luck and if you are honest you will post this to your blog.
