Most of my products and services are scalable and customizable to your specific needs, goals and budget. I have saved nonprofit organizations hundreds of thousands of dollars by through contract re-negotiations with vendors and ensuring that technical budget is streamlined. I can effectively translate your engagement levels to your technical teams.

Website Evaluations

My line of website evaluation services will assess your site’s ability to convert visitors into customers, based on your goals and objectives. These eye-opening, objective evaluations will help you diagnose the most costly leaks in your current conversion process. You will receive a set of detailed, actionable recommendations based on your current website design.

You’ll gain many valuable and profitable insights when you see your website through your customers eyes. Usability testing will identify (and help you repair) many potential “points-of-failure” in your advocacy and donor/volunteer conversion process. I offer several usability testing packages customized to each website’s needs.

Training and Workshops

I offer a variety of programs for training you, your field staff or in-house teams in the conversion rate optimization process. Each program is highly customized to your specific company, site, goals and needs. I can also conduct and facilitate in depth workshops where we focus on a specific component in your conversion process in a team environment and develop a specific solution for your business.
